Our delivery policy ensures complimentary shipping within the USA.

Upon order placement, a confirmation email will be promptly sent. Orders received before 5pm Monday to Friday are typically processed on the same working day, while those placed after 5 pm on weekdays are processed the following working day (excluding bank holidays). 

We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of the order placement date. An email containing your tracking ID will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please note that if your order includes different items, they may arrive separately, each with its unique tracking ID. 

While orders generally reach customers within 2 weeks of dispatch, we kindly request customers to allow up to 28 working days. This extended timeframe is a result of sourcing items directly from our suppliers, allowing us to maintain low prices and offer free postage and packaging.
